How does this work for real estate agents?
Agents sign up, get a pin code for sharing with homeowners. Agents share that pin code. When homeowners sign up they will have the agents photo and contact info on their dashboard.

Do I have to enter all my information on my profile?
No. But you will need to enter a user name, password, and email address. When you enter your photo and contact info, it will be seen by those who sign up under your pin code every time they log in.

Is it just $15 per month?
Yes, the total cost is $15 per month total. If you have 100, 1000, or more people sign up with your pin code, it’s still $15 per month. If you prefer to pay for a year, you’ll receive $30 off.

How does this renew?
Your subscription will renew on the anniversary date of your sign up, either monthly or yearly.

What if I want to cancel?
You can cancel at any time. You won’t be charged again.

What if I pay for a year and want to cancel?
You can cancel at any time and you’ll be refunded for the months you haven’t used yet.

How do I know if people are signing up with my pin code?
On the agent dashboard there is a homeowner list, which shows you who has signed up with your pin code.

What do you do with my email? Will it be shared or sold?
No. Your information is never shared or sold. See our terms and conditions and privacy policy for more info.


Can I leave a message for my homeowners?
Yes, when you are signed in, you can access your profile, and add a message which will automatically go to all homeowners that have signed up with your pin code.

What info can I add to my profile that will be displayed on my homeowners pages?
You can add your photo, logo, all contact info, website info, and more.

Can I use the sample cards on the website to add my pin code?
Yes, download the front and back of the card provided and print yourself or have printed. You can hand those out to current clients and prospects.

What other features are on the agent’s dashboard?
There is an escrow tracking feature on the agent dashboard where you can enter all info related to an escrow with notifications for contingency removals.

How do I get my pin code?
Your pin code is always displayed on your dashboard. It’s also emailed to you upon sign up.


What happens to my homeowners if I cancel?
Your photo and contact info are removed from the dashboard of those you’ve shared your pin code with. Homeowners keep their pages.

Is there an APP I can use?
There is an app on the Apple store as well as Google Play. This is for homeowners to sign up and also login and use My House in the Cloud from any device that supports apps. Agents can’t access their accounts from the app.

Can I access my account from my phone?
Yes, the website is available and optimized for any mobile device.

Is my info and my homeowners info safe?
Go Daddy is the parent server for My House In The Cloud. We use Site Lock which is one of the most powerful website security solutions. It not only scans the website and cloud pages for security gaps during the day, but detects malware that hackers could use to steal information, infect, or divert traffic.

What about an SSL certificate?
We use Go Daddy premium SSL certificate. An SSL certificate protects sensitive information by encrypting the data during transmission from your computer to the web server.
